Cardiff Council is now seeking to commission 6 Contracts delivering up to 200 hours of care delivery per week, to be delivered via Domiciliary Care Providers, which will be known as the Care Development Service

The aim of this contract will be:

- To work alongside the Into Work service for the recruiting of new or returning Care Workers to the Domiciliary Care Sector

- To work with the Into Work Service to support the training and development of new and returning Care Workers to ensure they are ‘job ready’ to deliver the contracted care hours as detailed within this specification.

- To effectively deliver a locality model of domiciliary care with an appropriately trained, skilled and supported workforce
