two.1.4) Short description

We are looking for a Delivery Partner to work with us on the 2024 Price Review (PR24). PR24 will set the maximum revenue that companies can collect from customers as well as the outcomes they will deliver for 2025-2030 period. To help us meet the resourcing requirement for PR24, we are looking for support from a "Delivery Partner". By Delivery Partner we mean a flexible, efficient resourcing solution, that is capable of being adapted to respond to changing requirements throughout the period of the contract. Critically, it is an arrangement that brings additional resource into Ofwat that is able to successfully integrate into our internal delivery effort. In practice this means that the "Delivery Partner" will provide resource on a flexible basis. And the majority of work will be collaborative, with Delivery Partner staff working alongside Ofwat staff within multiple policy work-streams.
