The timescales outlined within the 'On Train Hospitality PQQ' contained within the WAX Digital portal should be adhered to.

ScotRail intend on using the ScotRail Standard Contract Terms and Conditions. These are attached as an appendix to the PQQ. These are not a mandatory requirement and it is intended that suppliers will be scored on their proposed changes to the Terms at ITT / ITN stage. ScotRail reserves the right to amend these terms at their discretion.
Whilst it is the intention that SRT will be the primary user of this contract, in future this contract may be utilised by other entities within the SRH Group.
