Please note that your response to the PQQ for this requirement is to be submitted at the latest by 12:00 on 18 October 2024. If successful at PQQ stage, suppliers will be invited to the Invitation to Negotiate Stage (ITN). As such, please ignore section 'IV.2.3) Estimated date of dispatch of invitations to tender or to participate to selected candidates' in this notice and the dates provided there. The timescales outlined within the 'On Train Hospitality PQQ' contained within the WAX Digital portal should be adhered to.

three.1.8) Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded

ScotRail intend on using the ScotRail Standard Contract Terms and Conditions. These are attached as an appendix to the PQQ. These are not a mandatory requirement and it is intended that suppliers will be scored on their proposed changes to the Terms at ITT / ITN stage. ScotRail reserves the right to amend these terms at their discretion.

Whilst it is the intention that SRT will be the primary user of this contract, in future this contract may be utilised by other entities within the SRH Group.
