High Peak Borough Council are looking to appoint an experienced Architect led Multi Discipline Team (ALDT) to undertake the following roles for redevelopment/ refurbishment of Victoria Hall located on Talbot Street in Glossop:

- Lead Designer/ Architect/ Contract Administrator;

- Structural Engineer;

- Mechanical and Electrical Engineer;

- CDM Principal Designer;

- Fire Engineer;

- Access Consultant.

The appointment of the team is subject to the outcome of the LUF bid application for this building which is due to be announced in the next few weeks.

The Council will incorporate a minimum10 calendar days (or 15 if non-electronic or fax methods used) standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to the relevant economic operators. Debriefing by the Council shall be in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 (as amended) (the Regulations). Such information should be requested from the addressee in Section 1.1).
