Description
NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership is undertaking a preliminary market engagement exercise to inform a potential future procurement of the Supply of Wheelchairs and associated parts and accessories. This will include powered and non-powered adult wheelchairs, paediatric wheelchairs, buggies, and spare parts for The Artificial Limb and Appliance Service in Wales, based at PMC Trefforest, Cardiff, and Wrexham ALAS.

Engagement process description
NHS Wales will be conducting a pre-market engagement event during the month of Sept, to discuss with suppliers the information we will be looking for as part of their tender submission on e-tender Wales.. This will be a combined meeting with all suppliers interested in this procurement.
We will also be sending out draft tender documents to existing suppliers and any other suppliers who make contact after the publication of this notice to request feedback on these documents to support ALAS & NHS Wales with getting these correct to allow suppliers to tender.
