Bedford Borough Council is in the early stages of procuring services for two existing Extra Care Schemes in Bedford. We are seeking the views of care providers who have experience of providing care and support services in Extra Care Housing schemes for older adults. We would like to learn from your experience of delivering different models of care within Extra Care schemes where the property is owned by a Registered Social Landlord. Responses will be used to support the development of the service specification within the upcoming opportunity and to inform our approach to tendering the future contracts.
