This Prior Information Notice is being published by Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) for the purposes of informing and engaging with potential service providers regarding the upcoming public competition for the provision of Engineering Inspections within Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI). The Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) wish to engage with potential suppliers on behalf of Health and Social Care for Northern Ireland to obtain a view of the market’s current practices in the following areas: • The provision of Engineering Inspections in Health and Social Care facilities and service users homes. • The introduction of mandatory scored Social Value criteria • Current practices in regard to ethical procurement, human rights and modern slavery • Current cybersecurity arrangements
