A contract is awarded for delivery of autism assessments for adults in Devon.

The award is made in line with Patient Choice regulations on an Any Qualified Provider basis, initial procurement activity having preceded the implementation of the Provider Selection Regime.

The contract has no specified value - it is activity based. The applicable tariff for the NHS Devon autism pathway is £2000 per client.

The Contract dates are from 01/04/2024 to 31/03/2026.

This is an existing service commissioned by NHS Devon ICB but a new Provider.

The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77).
