The award is made in line with Patient Choice regulations on an Any Qualified Provider basis, initial procurement activity having preceded the implementation of the Provider Selection Regime.
The contract has no specified value - it is activity based. The applicable tariff for the NHS Devon autism pathway is £2000 per client.
