The current Supported Living Framework commenced on 15 August 2023 and will end on 14 August 2027.
The framework is re-opened for new applications annually throughout the Period of the Contract with this being the first re-opening.
For clarity, the Council will review new applications annually and the next closing date will be shown on the NEPO Portal at the point of submission.
Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council wish to appoint Providers to the Supported Living framework. The Framework will cover all provision within Redcar & Cleveland for supported living services, including supported living schemes, dispersed properties with care, and outreach support.
Adults may have a range of support needs ranging from low level to highly complex, in areas such as mental health, learning disabilities and physical disabilities. Services need to be flexible and diverse in their offer to meet the varying needs of these residents of Redcar and Cleveland.
The primary aim of this Framework is to allow adults to be supported to be as independent as possible whilst ensuring their assessed care and support needs are met.
