HSE is seeking to award an initial 21 month contract, with the option of an extension up to another 2 years in yearly increments, to collect samples of food and drink from different towns and cities across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The successful tender will be expected to recruit and train samplers to collect samples in accordance with the agreed timetable, arrange a courier service to collect and deliver the samples to specified laboratories, as well as monitor performance to ensure that the collection programme stays on track.
