Hampshire County Council is commissioning a new Independent Fostering Agencies (IFA) Framework to source external foster placements for Children and Young People in Hampshire.

The new IFA framework is due to commence on 1st April 2022 and will be for an initial two year period with options to extend for a further two years. Therefore the maximum potential duration of the framework is four years.

The framework will consist of four separate lots:

Lot 1 - Standard Foster Placements including Respite

Lot 2 - Parent & Child Foster Placements

Lot 3 - Complex/Challenging Behaviour Foster Placements

Lot 4 - Disabilities/Complex Healthcare Need Foster Placements

Providers are able to make submissions for all lots.
