The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in collaboration with the West London Alliance (WLA) have established an 8 year (5 + 1 + 1 + 1) dynamic procurement vehicle (DPV) to procure the provision of semi-independent accommodation and support services for young people aged 16-25.

This notice is to notify our intention to utilise the extension

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham in collaboration with the West London Alliance (WLA) have established an 8 year (5 + 1 + 1 + 1) dynamic procurement vehicle (DPV) to procure the provision of semi-independent accommodation and support services for young people aged 16-25. The estimated value of the services to be purchased for the entire duration of the DPV is purely an indicative figure and cannot be guaranteed. The DPV shall be open to all local authorities in England and Wales by way of an access agreement.

six.3) Additional information

This DPS has been extended for the first allowable extension period of 12 months. Due to new Regulatory changes in the sector the model will need to be redesigned to accommodate the changes related to Ofsted regulated provision for 16-17 year olds. The extension period will allow an appropriate amount of time to design the replacement agreement.
