Description
The Nest Open Access Children and Young People's Emotional Wellbeing Service is designed to support children and young people with low to moderate mental wellbeing needs. The service provides a range of early intervention and prevention programs to help young people manage emotional challenges such as stress, anxiety, and worries. The service includes:
• Mental Wellbeing Support: Offers 1:1 therapy sessions, group workshops, and creative therapies like art and music therapy.
• School-Based Programs: Conducts workshops in schools to promote emotional resilience and wellbeing.
• Parental and Family Support: Provides parenting support and whole-family interventions to create a nurturing environment.
• Accessible Drop-In Services: Young people can access support without needing a professional referral.

This is a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice (PMEN) for information purposes only. It is not a formal invitation to tender. You will need to respond to the tender notice in order to be considered for any upcoming contract. The purpose of this PMEN is for Southwark Council to engage with providers of Children and Young People's Emotional Wellbeing Services. All details in this PMEN are subject to being updated or changed in the tender notice.
This PMEN is being published to advertise a Preliminary Market Engagement Event to be held online (MS Teams) on 24 June 2025 where more information about the service and an upcoming contract opportunity will be shared. The PMEN fulfils the requirement for a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice to be issued under the Procurement Act 2023. Organisations interested in this opportunity should complete the enclosed form (Appendix A), and a link to the event will be sent upon receipt of the completed form.
