Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to award a contract for corporate banking and card merchant services (excluding investment services).
Currently, both our Corporate Banking and Merchant services are provided by Lloyds bank. The current service handles work to a value of £67,000.00 per annum.
The volumes of card transactions have increased significantly due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The council is now almost cashless and intends for this to continue as there have been issues with cash collection from parking machines and council sites.
