Scope
Description
This is a notice of a planned procurement opportunity to implement a bilingual (Welsh/English) online investment portal to host Sport Wales' three investment streams:
a. Partner investment
b. Community investment (this involves multiple types of grants)
c. Elite funding
This notice is used to enable potential bidders to prepare for the upcoming procurement.
The objective of the procurement is to develop a solution which meets the requirements of all three investment streams as well as the users and stakeholders. The competitive tender process is planned to start in July 2025 and the contract to be awarded in Autumn 2025 with an aim to go live early 2026.
Sport Wales intends to use a two-stage procurement process which will involve:
1. A Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ); and
2. An Invitation to Tender (ITT) for bidders who align to the initial requirements
The full requirements will be provided at tender stage.
