Description
Following informal market engagement, the Council is holding a pre-market engagement event with interested suppliers to provide information on the PEACEPLUS Collaborative Cross Community Language and Cultural Access Project.
This project forms part of the wider From Multiculturalism to Interculturalism project and contributes to the implementation of the Celebrating Cultures & Diversity theme under the Belfast PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan.
Please note this project was previously advertised as Lot 1 of From Multiculturalism to Interculturalism and is now being re-tendered.
Budget £270,055; Participants = 1110 participants (plus 650 wider)
Duration: 2 years 5 months (August 2025 - December 2027)
This Pre-Market Engagement Event will be held from 11.30am- 12.30pm on Wednesday 11 June 2025. The event will in-person in room AD1I, Belfast City Council Adelaide Street Offices (9 Adelaide St, Belfast, BT2 8GA), or there is an option to join via MS Teams.
The session will provide information on the project requirements, key deliverables and results, the procurement process and the indicative timeframes for the project.
Suppliers will need to register by Monday 9 June 2025, by emailing peacepluslap@belfastcity.gov.uk
Further detail will be issued to registered attendees in advance of the session as well as a MS Teams link, if applicable.
The PEACEPLUS Collaborative Cross Community Language and Cultural Access Project forms part of the Belfast PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan, which is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
