The Salvage and Marine Operations (SALMO) Team, part of the Ministry of Defence (MOD), have a requirement to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to survey and conduct associated services on the wreck of the World War One oil tanker SS DERBENT located off Anglesey, North Wales, UK.
The survey shall require the provision of a Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) and a Multibeam Echo Sounder (MBES) System to determine the condition of the wreck and the quantity of oil remaining onboard.
