The Service will provide ‘hands on support’ to families who already have an identified Lead Practitioner. The Family Aide Workers (FAW) will complete targeted pieces of work, within a 12-week period, that are detailed within an existing Bradford Early Help plan following the completion of a Bradford Early Help Assessment by a Lead practitioner
