Wokingham Borough Council are reviewing the highway maintenance, the waste and recycling and the street cleaning service provisions. The Council are currently considering their contract and procurement options for these services and are looking for support in reviewing and analysing all available options and service models, including extension of existing contracts or procurement of new contracts. The contracts for these services are due to end in 2026 and the Council is currently gathering market intelligence to gain a better understanding of the relevant industries, best practices and potential service models that could be adopted. To complete this, the Council is looking to appoint a specialist company with relevant experience and expertise to provide the necessary support.
