An extensive needs assessment has been commissioned for the borough to ascertain and ensure we are building a service that will meet current and future need.
The introduction of the new Domestic Abuse Act which will place greater (but not confirmed) responsibilities for full provision on to local authorities.
Uncertainty of funding from external partners.
