Oxfordshire County Council is seeking to deliver a three-year programme of early intervention digital mental health support for children and young people in secondary schools across Oxfordshire.

The programme is in response to increased likely prevalence of mental illness and increased demand for mental health services, seen prior to, and sustained throughout the covid-pandemic.

We are expecting the successful Supplier to be providing wrap around support to promote access to the service, complete moderation of information and manage of safeguarding around the app within the budget limit that has been set.

The budget available for this solution is finite and tenderer's solutions for provision of the portal, along with the support and maintenance must be within the budget that has been set.

The solution proposed must be a Commercially Off The Shelf (COTS) available at contract signature (i.e. we are not looking for a bespoke development)
