SSEN Transmission wish to implement a solution to provide the capabilities associated with Integrated Project Management (IPM), to support the delivery of our RIIO-T2 commitments. This will allow us to significantly enhance our delivery and project management capabilities. Our vision is to enable a high level of user experience with all the digital tools needed to achieve high performance delivery and support the scaling of the business in line with the large capital projects growth agenda.
