The relevant authority intends to award this contract under the Direct Award Process A under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
The services are
Acute, Mental Health and Emergency Ambulance Services provided by NHS Foundation Trusts for a period of 3 years commencing on 1st April 2024 with an optional 2 year extension period. The lifetime value of the contract is detailed above (Value II. 1.7) and payments will be made to providers in-line with national guidance as detailed in the Revenue Finance and Contracting Guidance for 2024/25.

Total Value of the Contract remains the same as previously published £448,000.
