The Agency is looking to purchase a new integrated, substantially automated platform capable of performing mid-throughput SNP genotyping, DNA Methylation analysis, Quantitative Gene Expression Analysis and Allele frequency determination on pooled samples of DNA. The system will be utilising a mass-spectrometry spectral analysis approach to complement pre-existing in-house digital PCR and NGS capabilities. The system must be capable of routinely achieving the stated number SNP genotyping per run. The order must be financially committed by NIBSC/ MHRA before 31st March 2023.
