NEPO seeks to establish a framework for the provision of Tech Enabled Care and Lone Working. This framework will allow Contracting Authorities to call-off on a range of solutions/devices, it will also offer Contracting Authorities discount for bulk purchases.

The scope of this Framework is for the provision of products and services in relation to Technology Enabled Care Services and Lone Working Solutions.

Technology Enabled Care refers to the use of Telecare, Telehealth, and other monitoring devices or applications, to enabled clients living independently for longer whilst managing risks. Digital transform shift has meant that this Framework will enable the participating Local Authorities, to source better solutions for their requirements and areas of needs.

The contract will be a Framework which will over:

• LOT 1 Traditional Telecare & Telehealth Items

• LOT 2 Lone Worker, Personal Alarm & GPS Devices (Both Professional & Client Use)

The Framework will complimented by a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), this will be published after the framework. The DPS will be for Daily Living Solutions, Smart Home Devices, New & Emerging Technology and Co Design and other items which are not listed within the Framework, or that require bespoke solutions. The DPS will remain open to allow new entrants on the market to come onto the DPS.
