Following evaluation of the compliant Tender Responses and approval of the outcome, the Customer intends to enter into a 48 month Framework Agreement with up to 2 providers, which will be determined by the highest scoring 1 provider per Lot who meets the minimum scoring criteria. The Customer intends to award a Call-Off Contract to the top 1 scoring provider per lot, who meets the minimum scoring criteria and submits relevant pricing information, for an initial period of 21 Months, with options to extend
