Warwickshire Police are requesting further information from and regarding Fleet Maintenance Service providers to inform future procurement strategy. This is an initial scoping and gathering of information exercise only.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Warwickshire Police operates a fleet of vehicles to support its operational activities. We have had the same externally sourced arrangement for maintenance of the fleet for a number of years. We are now considering our future options and wish to explore the market to understand what alternative providers could service our requirement in future. We would therefore like to invite potential suppliers to provide a summary of their relevant experience in this field. This exercise is purely for the purpose of information gathering in order to inform the procurement strategy going forward. It should be noted that we are particularly interested in potential providers who can demonstrate experience in the emergency services sector. It should be noted that should a tender procedure be conducted, a full specification of service requirements would be provided within the tender documentation.
