two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Telescopic Handlers are required to be new and unused. The vehicles are required to comply with Specification FS427 which can be located in the tender documents at ITT Appendix 2. The main uses for the equipment will be; loading salt gritting vehicles, loading tippers with various aggregate materials and the movement and lifting of palletized goods.
The Telescopic Handlers should include the manufacturers parts and labour warranty and comply with the relevant UK statutory regulations.
The equipment must be engineered with exceptional quality and safety, efficiency and ease of maintenance in mind.
