Atlas BFW Management Ltd (the “Authority”) on behalf of the Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking the appointment of a contractor to provide the provision of Domestic Cleaning Services to their hospital's areas and sites. The provider must comply with the National Standards of Cleanliness 2021.
The successful Supplier shall deliver in compliance with Service Standards the following:
a) All Cleaning Services to buildings on the specified site -
Main Hospital site
Gastro extension
Hematology/Oncology
CCU
Histo lab
Ward 4
Total Sq Mtr 95851.86
b) Cleaning after pest infestation and/or removal; and
c) Additional specified duties as set out in the Scope of Service.
d) Total number of beds 834 (eight hundred and thirty-four)
The Cleaning Service shall be provided 7 days per week, 24 hours a day, 365(6) days per year. The Cleaning Service applies to all areas of the Site. All Equipment and consumables are provided by the supplier.
