Explanation:
Based on the information detailed below, the conclusion is that Integra Biosciences Ltd (the Supplier) is the only provider able to supply the required goods and services to APHA.
- The majority of the required specialist consumables contain registered trademarks (including the GRIPTIPS® pipette tips) and they work interchangeably across many of the Supplier's liquid handling solutions, including the Assist Plus, Viaflo and Mini 96 pipette systems.
- Unique features have been identified for the Supplier's equipment, confirming the requirement for bespoke consumables.
- The Supplier does not use third-parties for sales or servicing (they have a direct (internal) sales and technical service group). They have confirmed they do not endorse or supply OEM parts to external entities.
- Research has indicated no other provider that could supply the range of specialist Integra products required.
