Crescent Purchasing Consortium are looking to establish a framework agreement to commence on 9th August 2022 for software provision for Microsoft, Adobe and other off the shelf software mainly aimed at schools and academies including Multi-Academy Trusts, but potentially also open to the wider public sector following consultation with the marketplace under this exercise. This PIN has been published to gain pre-market engagement to develop the scope and lot structure of the resulting agreement. Please contact Rezia Begum if you would like to take part: r.begum@thecpc.ac.uk

The resulting agreement will be open to CPC members that fall under the schools, academies and multi-academy trusts classification. A list of members can be viewed by clicking on the institution type to filter by schools and academies at the below link:

Membership of CPC is free for Institutions, and there is no mandate upon members to use the agreement put in place. Funding for CPC's services is provided by retrospective

marketing premiums from approved suppliers, based on spend with CPC members.

Local Authorities may also wish to use the resulting agreement when procuring on behalf of Educational Establishments for schools and academies. CPC reserves the right during the period of this agreement to make additions to or subtractions from the list of participating member Institutions.

CPC is part of the CPL Group. CPL Group is owned by the education sector and is comprised of three not-for-profit procurement organisations that provide support and services to

educational establishments and the wider public sector; Crescent Purchasing Consortium, Tenet Education Services and Tenet Procurement Services.

Further details can be found at the below link:

Potentially at some point during the life of the agreement the current members of the following public sector organisations may wish to utilise the agreement and should have access at any point with the express permission of CPL Group through its group company Tenet Procurement Services which operates in the wider public sector (dependant on this consultation exercise).
