NWUPC is establishing a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of members of APUC, CPC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC & SUPC for Residential Textiles, Starter Packs and Window Coverings as a successor to the current Soft Furnishings Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement is divided into 29 lots:

[for national supply to current and future member institutions of the participating consortia across the United Kingdom]
Lots 3-29 cover the supply, installation, and maintenance of Window Coverings on a regional basis. Please see the tender documents for the regional division of lots.
The Agreement will commence on 1st March 2022 for an initial period of 24 months until 29th February 2024 with the option to extend the Agreement for two periods of 12 months until 28th February 2026 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance.

IV.1.3) It is intended that the maximum number of suppliers appointed to each lot, who will be the Economic Operators who achieve the highest total scores based on the Award Criteria, will be as follows:
Lot 1- Bedding and Bathroom Textiles and Associated Student Accommodation Products (National)- four (4). If a number of suppliers score equally and fall into joint fourth place, then all Economic Operators in equal fourth place will be awarded a place on the Lot.
Lot 2- Kitchen Starter Packs and Associated Kitchenware (National)- Three (3). If a number of suppliers score equally and fall into joint third place, then all Economic Operators in equal third place will be awarded a place on the Lot.
Lots 3- 6 Window Coverings Scotland Regions 1,2,3&4- Three (3) per lot. If a number of suppliers score equally and fall into joint third place, then all Economic Operators in equal third place will be awarded a place on the Lot(s).
Lots 7-29 Window Coverings Regional Lots- Six (6) per lot. If a number of suppliers score equally and fall into joint sixth place, then all Economic Operators in equal sixth place will be awarded a place on the Lot(s).
