It is Glen Oaks Housing Associations' intention to enter into a contract with a main contractor from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2027 to deliver their routine open space maintenance and associated reactive repair work to hard and soft landscaped areas owned by the Association.

Bidders shall be required to be a member of a relevant horticultural body. Evidence of which shall form part of the Tender Submission.

Bidders shall be required to have a minimum yearly turnover of 250,000.00 GBP for the last 3 financial years.
