Description

These contracts will be to manage and oversee two supported accommodation services, delivering high-quality step-down accommodation for 18+ Westminster care leavers.

Lot 1 is a 9-bed supported accommodation service for 18+ care leavers in Catford, LB Lewisham. The building is owned by Westminster City Council and the successful applicant will be required to take over day-to-day management of the building. The service is intended to be a pre-independence service, supporting care leavers who have likely lived in supported accommodation previously; and helping them to gain the skills and experience they will need to live independently.

Lot 2 is a total of 20 units based across 3 separate sites in London Borough of Brent. Again providing accommodation for Westminster 18+ care leavers. The building is owned by Notting Hill Genesis and the successful applicant will be required to take over day-to-day management of the building. The service is intended to be low support service, supporting care leavers who are moving from staying-put arrangements/semi-independent living placements, or who have previously lived in supported accommodation; and helping them to gain the skills and experience they will need to live independently.
