Bassetlaw District Council are seeking Suitably qualified Providers for the Environmental Enforcement Service. Enforcement will involve uniformed officers patrolling agreed areas of Bassetlaw with a view to issuing FPNs with regards to offences of littering, fly tipping, failing to pick up dog faeces, duty of care under section 34 Environmental Protection Act 1990 and contravening Bassetlaw District Council public space protection orders which includes urination and defecation in anywhere other than a public toilet, the prohibition of the consumption of alcohol.
