The award is based on the funding envelope outlined in the ITT documentation; an indicative £789,967 excluding VAT per annum, based on the Weighted List Size as of 1st April 2021 (includes OOH opt-out deduction), which will be added to the existing CGH annual funding envelope. This value will fluctuate annually to take into account list size movements as well as payments that are subject to performance indicators and activity including, but not limited to, QOF and Enhanced Services. The award also includes a one-off payment for new patient registrations, which equates to £235,000 ex VAT over the first twelve months.

The opportunity was only advertised to providers of General Medical Services already operating within North and Mid Hampshire, Furthermore, a single provider for the site will not support the preferred Primary Care Network model.
