Following the Pre-Procurement Market Engagement events in November 2023 and the follow-up feedback in June-July 2024 in relation to Enfield Council’s Prevention and Early Intervention Services, the Council is organising a pre-tender market support workshop for interested organisations.

The Workshop aims to help organisations achieve the following, among other things:
• understand the skills and offers of other providers
• facilitate a conversation between providers
• help understand the bid writing process
• enable organisations (particularly small ones) to reach out to one another
• help increase confidence of organisations to understand their USPs and market themselves successfully
• encourage networking
There is no expectation within specifications that partnership arrangements will be required between organisations.
The Worksop will be facilitated by the Institute of Public Care (IPC).
The workshop will take place on Monday, 16th September between 9.30am and 12pm at 65c Park Avenue Community Centre, Park Avenue EN 2HL, 0208 360 1195. Nearest Train Station Bush Hill Park
Interested organisations must book their place by responding via the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) messaging page and providing names of their delegates and their e-mail addresses.
Responses MUST reach the Council the latest by 11 September 2024,12:00 noon.
Delegates to the Workshop MUST be limited to two (2) individuals per organisation.
two.2.14) Additional information
The purpose of this Workshop is to support the market in their journey to participate in the forthcoming procurement. For this reason, it should be noted that the exercise is not a call to competition, is not a pre-qualification process and is not the start of a formal procurement exercise.
Participation or non-participation in this Workshop shall not prevent any potential provider participating in, nor shall it place any potential provider at an advantage in any future procurement opportunity.
Any future procurement opportunity could be published before the end of the year (2024). However, this timeframe is indicative only and the Council reserves the right to reschedule any forthcoming publication at any time.
Participants must also know that they should cover their own cost of participating in this Workshop and the Council is not liable for any cost incurred due to organisation’s participation in the exercise.
Neither the Council nor the facilitator accept liability for any loss incurred by participants because of attending in this Workshop.
