The consultant engaged from this consultancy organisation has a proven track record of working with the Council on a range of ICT projects. He has experience of implementing the Total mobile project being implemented within Scottish Borders Council elsewhere and has the experience of working successfully with CGI the Council's outsourced IT Specialists and the Council team delivering this transformation project.
The project is working to a very tight delivery timescale in order to deliver service and financial benefits as quickly as possible. The consultants experience and contacts mean he can operate as part of the project team without the need for any on boarding or project orientation.
