Preliminary Market consultation to establish current market information for North Lincolnshire Councils requirements and to establish available technology solutions. By sending out the PMC the Council aims to assess what systems are available to meet our short and longer-term strategic needs, in delivering care and support to our citizens, from birth to end of life, with additional information that can support our business case and potential future procurement exercise.
