In anticipation of increased demand Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) and Peterborough City Council (PCC) are planning to support the community and wider health system to operate proactively over the winter months. This is an opportunity for CQC registered domiciliary care and supported living service providers to submit suggestions as to how they could support the local authorities to offer support from December 2021 to March 2022 to adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, who in an emergency may require accommodation to avoid hospital admission, accelerate discharge from hospital or other crisis situations.
