The Provider will deliver an integrated MSK service model, with the overall aim of providing a multi-disciplinary team approach for the non-surgical care of people with a musculoskeletal condition, which must ensure that high quality, safe and sustainable services are delivered for patients.

The contract duration is expected to be 3 years with up to a 2 year extension
option.
The indicative annual contract value is expected to be £3,400,000.
The commissioner has published this Prior Information Notice to support market engagement only at this stage.
The objective of this engagement is to help the commissioner finalise the financial model, service model and procurement strategy. Providers are invited to attend a virtual market engagement event which will focus on the service specification/requirements, financial model and an overview of the procurement process.
The event is scheduled for Monday 16th September 2024. Providers will also be invited to schedule 1:1 meetings with the commissioner following this event to further discuss the financial model, service model and procurement strategy. Further details relating to the specific timing of the event will be communicated to registered providers.
In order to register to attend the event, please follow the instructions provided later in this notice (Section II.2.14). Providers are asked to complete a short questionnaire as part of the registration process.
Please note, this PIN relates to a service within the scope of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
The commissioner does not bind itself to commencing or running any public procurement procedure further to, or as a result of, this market engagement.
Any subsequent procurement, if undertaken, will be commenced by way of a separate relevant notice published in Find a Tender.
