six.3) Additional information

We are procuring 12 contracts for the delivery of home care and independent living service to residents in Hammersmith & Fulham. The service is for all adults aged 18 and over with assessed need, aimed at reabling and supporting them to live independently. The contracts will be for 5 years with a possible extension of up to 2 years.

We are holding a market engagement for potential bidders on 2 November, 2-4pm, held at 3 Shortlands, W6 8DA. This market engagement event is designed to provide more detail on the procurement before the opportunity is open to tender.

We would welcome small and medium sized providers to attend in addition to larger organisations.
