DMR is a fully comingled mix of household collected recyclable material, including glass.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Lot One - Incorporating a Basket of Goods payment mechanism. This will be linked to the Letsrecycle.com material resale index and will mean that revenue and costs associated with the Basket of Goods will fluctuate each month.

Tenderers are invited to tender for both lots. Tenderers can tender for a single lot. A single contract will be awarded for either Lot 1 or Lot 2. The decision whether to award a contract for Lot 1 or Lot 2 will be taken Ansa’s sole discretion.

Envisaged number of candidates: 5

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:

A minimum of five qualifying Selection Questionnaire (SQ) Applicants, will be shortlisted at the SQ stage of the process to participate in the ITT stage. Ansa will not limit the number of qualifying Applicants to be shortlisted for the ITT stage so long as Applicants meet the qualifying criteria. Importantly, only the Applicants which meet the qualifying criteria will be shortlisted to proceed to the ITT stage of the process. The Applicants which meet the qualifying criteria outlined within the SQ documentation, will be sent a notification to proceed with the completion and submission of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation.
