UKAEA is looking for supplier(s) who can:

Iterate the design of exhibits 1A, 2, 3A, 5A and 7B from the attached design pack , working with internal UKAEA departments.

Design 2 additional exhibits (not included in the attached design pack), detailed in Section 4.2.

Build and install up to seven exhibits into the new Visitor Centre at Culham Campus.

There will be a number of exhibits which UKAEA will deliver internally. All outsourced exhibits must complement these and protect the ‘visitor journey’ prescribed by UKAEA. Details of these internally delivered exhibits will be provided at tender stage.

The Invitation to Tender document will provide the options for interested parties to bid for exhibits; in essence there will be the option to bid for all or a selected number. This is conditional upon completion dates being achieved.

The Visitor Centre is housed within our new main gate building at the entrance of Culham Campus. This building has already been designed, and exhibits must fit into the requirements of the ‘Exhibition’ space (CUL-C11-F0-06). Please find attached floor plans outlining the space available.

This scope assumes that the exhibits will be built first offsite and then installed within the Visitor Centre at a later date (before 30th March 2025).
