Lincolnshire County Council are tendering for the opportunity on behalf of Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire County Councils. Please Note: This Contract is Funded by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy as part of the National Made Smarter Adoption Programme.

The Supplier will undertake the following activities in order to successfully deliver this contract; understanding the beneficiaries business challenges, understanding digital readiness, creating a digital road map, identify and plan initial implementation.
The Supplier shall collect, manage, analyse and report data in accordance with the programme requirements.
A specific programme of works has been agreed with BEIS on which the funding is based, full details to be found in the ITT documents.

It should be noted that the value and award of this contract is dependent on the Made Smarter funding bids being successful and the award of the contract will be dependent on the Council being successful in securing the Made Smarter Investment.
Realising the estimated maximum values is entirely contingent on there being sufficient demand for these elements of the East Midlands Made Smarter Programme. Suppliers should be aware that the values invoiced against the contract will reflect the proportion of the contract delivered.
