To provide primary care psychological intervention for patients who may encounter a range of barriers to accessing traditional services. To support with the reduction of existing waiting times and offer expansion to existing offer to 7 days.The provider will deliver interventions for the following within the following nationally defined modes of delivery within the IAPT Core pathway: Depression  Generalised anxiety disorder  Social anxiety disorder  Panic and Agoraphobia disorder Post-traumatic stress disorder Obsessive- compulsive disorder  Specific phobias  Health anxiety (hypochondriasis) Mixed depression and anxiety The provider shall deliver CBT over the internet, enabling the patient to see their therapist from wherever they choose. Online CBT is delivered securely through an online therapy platform. At the time of appointment, patients simply log in and speak to their therapist through typing or video conferencing.
