The Client has a need to appoint a Service Provider to provide Security Services (the Service) across the Client’s campus. The Service required is an onsite security presence and includes;
•Out of hours security service 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year
•Maintaining security of the campus site and buildings, including responding to alarm activations
•Site patrols
•CCTV monitoring
•Key holding
•Access barrier and intercom monitoring
•Assisting with access and security for evening events

Security services to cover the whole of the Client's campus. The services are required generally between the hours of 17.00 and 08.00, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year. The contract will be for an initial duration of three years with the options to extend for a further two year subject to satisfactory performance and at the sole discretion of the Client.
