The Authority intends to create a framework agreement with three awarded suppliers. Suppliers will not be ranked and, where required, will be invited to participate in each further competition exercise.
The Authority anticipates the full contract value to be in the region of £15 million - £30 million. This is an estimated value based on spend data for software services and includes some contingency to allow for changes in our requirements. This should not be taken as a spend commitment and the Authority reserves the right to purchase in-scope services via other routes during the term of the contract.
