Description
Enterprise Oxfordshire Skillsis managing, on behalf of Oxfordshire County Council, funding from Department for Education (DfE) to deliver Wave 6 of the Skills Bootcamp programme in Oxfordshire to support key national priority sectors including Digital, Business Administration, Early Years, Care Services, Transport and Logistics, Green Skills and Construction (a) The Built Environment and (B) Green Skills.
Enterprise Oxfordshire is looking to appoint providers to deliver 15 Skills Bootcamps. This procurement covers the first 6 Skills Bootcamps:
Lot 1 - Digital Marketing
Lot 2 - Data Skills
Lot 3 - AI in Business
Lot 4 - Cyber Security
Lot 5 - Project Management
Lot 6 - Engineering/Manufacturing

Description of possible extension:
Extension only possible if Skills Bootcamp funding or timing are extended by DfE. This is unknown at this point and there is no guarantee that this will occur.
Options
The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
Additional learners may be possible within each Lot, but these will only be possible if there are under spends in other Lots.

Description of how multiple lots may be awarded:
Enterprise Oxfordshire will be appointing a single supplier for each Lot and will only award a maximum of two contracts to any one supplier. If a supplier applies for three Lots and is the highest scoring bidder for all three, they will only be awarded the two highest scoring Lots.
Lot 1. Digital Marketing

Successful providers will be expected to meet strict compliance, reporting, and quality assurance requirements, and ensure delivery aligns with local skills priorities.

Suppliers are required to demonstrate that they have a trading history of at least two full years and meet our specified financial standing requirements. Suppliers must demonstrate that their turnover over one or more of the preceding two financial years must be at least equal to 200% of the value of the Lot for which they are applying.
