• enhances the current provision.
• is attractive to users, including what is offered and in terms of usability (with an expectation that services are available or are being developed to meet consumer preferences, e.g. immediate purchases made online using discount codes and, similarly, updates and developments are taking place to the benefits platform to meet changing user needs and expectations, such as, offering an app for ease of access.
• is competitive, including offering the best discounts in the marketplace, online and in store, with a guarantee that 100% of savings are passed to eligible users.
• recognises that there may be differences required for each Force.
